摘    要:研究了麦草浆黑液在搅拌槽内的传热性能,本文通过改变传热温差以及搅拌槽几何构型和桨叶转速等实验条件,研究了麦草浆黑液在不同物性、流变特性、流体动力学条件及流动空间几何特征下的传热特征。结果表明:上述因素对麦草浆黑液传热性能有显著的影响,进而为麦草浆黑液加热降粘方法的深入应用作一些理论铺垫,也对进一步研究非牛顿流体的传热性能起一定的指导作用。

Abstract:The heat transfer properties of black liquor from wheat straw pulp in an ag itated tank were studied in this paper,The black liquor was a sort of typical pseudopl astic fluid,so by changing the experiment conditions of temperature -di fference driving force,ge-ometry shape and agitator speed,thi s paper investigated the heat transfer properties of black liquor in the c onditions of different physical properties,rheological propertie s,fluid power conditions and the space geometry characteristics of flui d flow.The experimental results showed that the mentioned factors ab ove have obvious effect to black liquor,these may have theoretical value for the application of re-ducing the viscosity of black liquor by means of heating.At the same time,it was necessary to have guided value for the further research in the heat transfer properties of non-Newtonian fluid.
