摘    要:对液压元件中衬套、阀套上下面异型的加工新工艺——电火花线切割进行了介绍,结合典型零件描述了其采用电火花线切割时的编程方法,并简单介绍了电火花穿孔成形加工与电火花线切割的原理与应用。改用电火花线切割加工后,不仅消除了电火花加工时出现的“喇叭口”现象,满足了零件精度要求,而且提高了加工效率,使型槽的加工时间由120min缩短至24min,并节省了电板制造费用及生产准备时间。

Abstract:In this paper, the new processing technology for the special-shape upper and lower surface of the bushing block and valve sleeve in hydraulic components-WEDM process was introduced. After that the programming method using WEDM was described by combining with the typical parts. Meanwhile the application and principle of electric spark forming EDM and WEDM were introduced briefly.
