变性淀粉微胶囊包埋剂的应用性能比较研究

摘    要:对国产TWS502、进口HI-CAP100和C001 3种变性淀粉微胶囊包埋剂的应用性能进行比较研究.试验中以共轭亚油酸为包埋物,在相同的条件下分别用这3种微胶囊包埋刑制备共轭亚油酸微胶囊,包埋率分别为92.0%、90.5%和85.2%,微胶囊产品的贮藏稳定性大幅度提高,各项感官及理化性能指标符合应用要求.综合性能上国产微胶囊包埋剂已达到甚至超过进口微胶囊包埋刺.

Abstract:The application property of three kinds of modified starch microencapsulation agents,including the domestic TWS502,imported HI-CAP100 and CO01 was compared.Under same conditions the conjugated linoleic acid microcapsules were prepared using the above three microencapsulation agents respectively.The microencapsulation efficiency was 92.0 %,90.5 % and 85.2 % for each of the agents.The microcapsule products had much better storage stability and suitable for use according to their sensory and physical-chemical ...
