| 摘 要： | 目的：进一步探讨脑脓肿发病情况，影像学表现，选择最佳治疗方法，提高治疗效果。方法：回顾分析１４７裂离脓肿的发病，病因，影像学表现，治疗方法及死亡率下降因素，结果：脑脓肿发病年龄较年青，血源性及隐源性脑脓肿发病率升高，ＣＴ结合ＭＲＩ可明确诊断，选择最佳手术方法。ＣＴ应用后死亡率由２３．８％下降到７．５％，结论：ＣＴ为脑脓肿最主要的诊断方法，ＣＴ定位下穿刺排脓可治愈大部分脑脓肿。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the pathogenic experience,imaging findings and methods of treatment in order to improve the effect of treatment.Methode:The pathogenesis,etology,imaging findings,treatment methods and the factors of lower mortality were retrospectively analysed in 147 cases with brain abscesses Results:Most of patients were young.Abscesses resulting from cryptogenic infection and hematogenous spread were mainly etiology.With CT and MRI,we can differentiate the brain abscess as different stages,and,therefore,chose the best therapeutical measure.After the introduction of CT,the mortality rate had diminished from 23.8% to 7.5% Conclusions:CT is the best method for diagnosis of brain abscess.By orienting with CT,we can cure most of brain abscesses by simple aspiration |
