基于电子散斑剪切干涉技术的振动检测研究

摘    要:为实现物体振动的测量,将频闪照明和电子散斑干涉技术相结合测量物体振动,利用比被测物体振动周期短的脉冲激光照明物体,将物体在一个振动周期内的两个位置当作双曝光静态变形来处理。采用虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW控制同步信号,以四周固定的矩形平板为测量对象,得到了激振频率为100Hz和200Hz时的干涉条纹图。实验结果表明该系统结构简单且具有很高的同步精度。
