| 摘 要： | 人的行为是旅游事故中一个主要影响因素。在旅游生产活动中,人的不安全行为会受到各种因素的影响。文章将行为科学引入旅游安全管理中,在行为安全分析的基础上,进一步提出了加强安全培训和现场管理、完善激励机制、塑造新型的旅游安全文化等对策。

| Abstract: | Human's behavior is a major factor of tourist accident.In production activities of the tourism,human's unsafe behavior will be impacted by various factors.This article will introduce behavioral science into tourism safety management,based on the safety analysis,further propose the measures to enhance safety training and on-site management,improve incentives and create new culture of tourism safety. |
