摘    要:线路弧垂是电力线路最大允许载流量的重要约束条件,现有的弧垂测量方法普遍存在计算模型复杂、精度不高、受环境随机变化影响较大和无法反应线路整体性能等缺点,难以满足线路动态增容的要求。为此,论文深入研究了电力线路的行波传输时差、长度和弧垂三者之间的关系,提出了基于行波传输时差的输电线路弧垂计算模型;并设计了一种新的线路动态增容方案,基于微型气象站和行波采集装置实时监测线路环境参数及弧垂等运行参数,电网调度中心计算分析确定线路最大允许载流量,以便实现输电线路动态增容。

Abstract:Sag of transmission line is the key constraint factor for increasing transmission capacity for transmission line. Traditional sag monitoring methods which have relatively complex calculation models with environmental sensitive parameterscannot meet the requirements of dynamic transmission capacity increase.So, the paper in-depth study of relationship among line traveling wave transmission time differences, line length and sag, a novel transmission line sag calculation model is proposed. And designed a new line of dynamic capacity increase program.Real-time monitoring of environmental parameters and line sag and other operating parameters is based on Traveling Wave Fault Location Devices(TWFLDs) and micro weather station,Power Dispatching Center calculated and analyzed to determine the maximum allowable ampacity of the line,in order to achieve dynamic capacity of transmission lines.
