摘    要:根据河南某矽卡岩型白钨矿矿石性质的特点,对试样适宜的磨矿细度、浮选脱硫产品白钨矿粗选试验条件、白钨矿粗精矿精选试验条件进行了研究。在此基础上,采用1段磨矿、1粗1精预先脱硫、3次粗选白钨矿、白钨粗精矿脱泥浓缩、2精1扫流程处理,可以获得WO3品位为52.15%、回收率为70.53%的白钨精矿。

Abstract:According to the ore properties of a skarn scheelite from henan, studied the suitable gringding fineness, roughing test conditons of scheelite after flotation desulfurization and cleaning test conditons of crude scheelite concentrate. Based on those conditions, carried out the flowsheet of one stage grinding, once roughing once cleaning pre-desulfurization, three times roughing of scheelite,  thickening-desliming of scheelite rough concentrate, twice cleaning once scavenging, and get the scheelite concentrate with WO3 grade 52.15%, recovery 70.53%.
