摘    要:目的::研究分析核酸检测法对血液标本内乙肝病毒( HBV)的检测价值。方法:采集中心血站无偿献血的血液标本16214份,同时进行酶联免疫吸附法( ELISA)和核酸检测法,以筛查HBV感染情况,并分析两组检测方法的诊断价值。结果:ELISA、核酸检测HBV 的一致性较好,差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。核酸检测法的特异性、敏感度明显高于 ELISA 检测法,而漏诊率及窗口期明显低于ELISA检测;A组的HBV-DNA阳性率、含量均高于B 组、C 组。上述差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:核酸检测法具有高度的特异性和灵敏度,与 ELISA 检测具有一定的互补性,可有效地减少漏诊率,缩短窗口期,且HBV-DNA的含量能反映HBV的传染性,对输血安全具有重要作用。

Value Analysis of Nucleic Acid detection Method for Detection of Hepatitis B Virus in Blood Samples
Abstract:Objective:To analyze the nucleic acid detection method for blood samples in the detection of hepatitis B virus ( HBV) . Methods: 16214 blood samples were collected in our hospital blood center blood donation, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA) and nucleic acid detection method in screening of HBV infection situation, diagnosis and analysis of two group detection method. Results:The positive rate of nucleic acid detection ELISA, HBV were 0.21%, 0.23%, the difference was not statistically significant ( P >0.05) , the coincidence rate of the two methods for detection of specific 99.77%. nucleic acid detection meth-od, the sensitivity was significantly higher than that of ELISA detection, and the detection rate and the detec-tion window period was significantly lower than that of ELISA the positive rate of HBV-DNA;A group, were significantly higher than in B group, C group. The differences were statistically significant ( P < 0.05) . Con-clusion:The nucleic acid detection method has high specificity and sensitivity, complementarities and ELISA can effectively detect. To reduce the false negative rate, shorten the window period, and the content of HBV-DNA can reflect HBV infectivity, plays an important role in the safety of blood transfusion.
