摘    要:传统的燃料电池发电系统用DC/DC变换器拓扑主要是隔离型Boost变换器,其效率、增益和输入电流纹波都有一定瓶颈.为此,提出了一种新颖的带输出谐振倍压的双电感隔离型Boost变换器,变换器的输入侧采用双电感结构,输出侧采用谐振倍压结构实现了整流二极管的零电流关断.相比于传统的隔离型Boost变换器,所提出的拓扑的具有更小的输入电流纹波,同时变换器增益提高了1倍.给出了变换器的工作原理波形并进行了详细的模态分析,在此基础上完成了变换器的增益特性和输入电流纹波分析并给出了一种可行的变换器设计方法.最后研制了1台500 W的样机,满载效率为96.5%,样机实验结果验证了所提出拓扑的可行性和高效率功率变换的优点.

Abstract:Conventional DC/DC converter for fuel cell power generation system is mainly isolated Boost converter,however,the converter has limitations in efficiency,step-up ratio and input current ripple.Therefore,a novel isolated Boost converter with double inductor and resonant doubler of output voltage was proposed.Double inductor structure was used in the input side ,and resonant doubler of output voltage was used in the output side for the purpose of realizing zero current switching of rectifying diode.Compared with the conventional isolated Boost converter,input current ripple of the proposed converter was decreased,while the converter gain was doubled.The operational waveforms was presented and modality analysis was done.Furthermore,the gain characteristics and the input current ripple of the converter was analyzed,and a practical design method was proposed.Finally,a 500 W prototype was build,and the full load efficiency was 96.5%.The experimental results verifies the feasibility and advantage in high efficiency power conversion of the proposed converter.
