| 摘 要： | 介绍了铝板轧机支承辊轴承控温系统热电偶补偿导线的国产化，铝箔轧机支承轴承控温系统国产经，后者共进行两次改造，第一闪与某自动化仪表厂联合开发出电接点压力式温度计， 用于铝箔轧机该系统控制，第二次运用热电阻Ｃｕ５０和动圈温度指示调节仪ＸＣＴ＿１０２组织控温系统，代替原设计妆点压力式温度计组成的控温系统，通过上述系统国产化，解决了进口铝板，箔轧机存在的隐患，使同正常而安全地运行。

| Abstract: | The domestics for backup roll bearing temperature control system of imported aluminium sheet andfoil mill have been carried out. As to the foil mill, such modifications have been done twice. The first, theelectric contact pressure thermometer has been developed, then, another temperature control system has beenworked out. which is composed of thermal resistance Cu50 and moving coil indicator-regulator XCT- 102.As a result. the hidden dangers in the imported aluminium sheet and foil mill could be got away, the equi-pments could operate safely under proper situation. |
