陇东地区野生蔬菜资源种类及开发利用对策

笔者于 2 0 0 0 - 2 0 0 3年对陇东地区野生蔬菜资源的种类、营养成分、资源量及利用现状进行了初步调查研究 ,结果表明陇东地区野生蔬菜资源共有 82种 ,隶属于 4 0个科。其中分布较为广泛、营养价值较高、具开发潜力的常见野生蔬菜有 3 0种。针对当前开发利用中存在的问题 ,从加强野菜种质资源调查和人工栽培研究 ;开展深加工利用研究 ,提高经济效益 ;重视野菜资源的保护 ,进行引种驯化和品种选育等方面提出了陇东野生蔬菜资源保护和开发利用的对策

Variety of Wild Vegetable Resource in Longdong Region and Strategies for Development and Exploitation

From 2000 to 2003, the writer made a preliminary investigation and research of the variety, nutritious components, stock size and actual situation of exploitation of the wild vegetable resource in Longdong Region.The result shows that there are 82 species of wild vegetables in this area, belonging to 40 families. Among them,30 species have the potentiality for development, nutritious and widely spread. In view of the existing problem in the development and exploitation at present, this paper puts forward the strategies for the protection,development and exploitation of the wild vegetable resource in Longdong Region:to make further more investigations of the germplasm resource of wild vegetables and more researches of artificial cultivation; to carry out deep processing to increase economic benefits; and to pay more attention to the protection of wild vegetable resource, the domestication of the introduced species and the selection of breeds.
