竹根七化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的研究竹根七Tupistra chinensis Baker的化学成分。方法竹根七60%乙醇提取物采用D101大孔树脂、硅胶、反相C18、SephadexLH-20和半制备HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为tupichigenin B (1)、1β, 2β, 3β, 4β, 5β, 7α-hexahydroxy-spirost-25(27)-ene-6-one (2)、spirost-25 (27)-ene-1β, 2β, 3β, 4β, 5β, 6β, 7α-heptol(3)、(20S, 22R)-3β,5β-diol-spirost-25(27)-en-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4)、3-epiruscogenin (5)、ranmogenin A (6)、5β-furost-Δ25(27)-en-1β, 2β, 3β, 4β, 5β, 7α, 22ξ, 26-octaol-6-one-26-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7)、tupisteroide B (8)、25(R)-1β-hydroxy-spirost-5-en-3α-yl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (9)、aspidoside A (10)、齐墩果酸(11)、1β, 2β, 3β, 4β, 5β, 7α-hexahydroxy-spirost-25(27)-ene-6-one衍生物Ⅱ(12)、tupichinin A(13)、β-豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(14)、3-epi-diosgenin-3-β-D-glucopyranoside (15)。结论化合物15为首次从开口箭属植物中分离得到,化合物9~12为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:AIM To study the chemical constituents from Tupistra chinensis Baker.METHODS The 60% ethanol extract from T. chinensis was isolated and purified by D101 macroporous resin, silica, reverse C18, Sephadex LH-20 and preparation HPLC, then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as tupichigenin B(1), 1β, 2β, 3β, 4β, 5β, 7α-hexahydroxy-spirost-25(27)-ene-6-one(2), spirost-25(27)-ene-1β, 2β, 3β, 4β, 5β, 6β, 7α-heptol(3),(20S, 22R)-3β,5β-diol-spirost-25(27)-en-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4), 3-epiruscogenin(5), ranmogenin A(6), 5β-furost-Δ25(27)-en-1β, 2β, 3β, 4β, 5β, 7α, 22ξ, 26-octaol-6-one-26-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7), tupisteroide B(8), 25(R)-1β-hydroxy-spirost-5-en-3α-yl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9), aspidoside A(10), oleanolic acid(11),1β, 2β, 3β, 4β, 5β, 7α-hexahydroxy-spirost-25(27)-ene-6-one derivativesⅡ(12),tupichinin A(13),stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(14), 3-epi-diosgenin-3-β-D-glucopyranoside(15).CONCLUSION Compound 15 is isolated from genus Tupistra for the first time, and compounds 9-12 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
