附桂骨痛胶囊联合五线五区十三穴推拿法治疗颈椎病的效果观察

目的观察附桂骨痛胶囊联合五线五区十三穴推拿法治疗颈椎病的效果。方法将2017年5月～2018年4月本院治疗的颈椎病患者122例作为研究对象,将其应用随机数表法分为两组,均61例。对照组接受抗骨增生胶囊、针刺治疗,观察组接受附桂骨痛胶囊、五线五区十三穴推拿法联合治疗。观察两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、肢体功能、颈部功能、生活质量、不良反应。结果观察组总有效率(90.16%)高于对照组(75.41%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗前两组颈项疼痛、畏寒肢冷、眩晕、上肢麻木等中医证候评分及颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分、日本骨科学会(JOA)评分、健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);观察组治疗后颈项疼痛评分(1.76±1.05)分、畏寒肢冷评分(0.86±0.29)分、眩晕评分(1.17±0.32)分、上肢麻木评分(0.92±0.36)分、NDI评分(16.51±3.39)分低于对照组(2.97±1.14)分、(1.64±0.43)分、(1.81±0.36)分、(1.44±0.39)分、(22.18±4.67)分,JOA评分(12.39±2.13)分、SF-36评分(82.69±7.06)分高于对照组(9.43±2.51)分、(70.74±5.91)分,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);仅对照组出现轻微呕吐、头晕现象,未对治疗造成不利影响。结论颈椎病患者接受附桂骨痛胶囊、五线五区十三穴推拿法联合治疗安全性、有效性较高,利于快速缓解临床症状,恢复患者颈部功能、肢体功能,提升生活质量。

Observation on the effect of Fugui Gutong capsule combined with five lines,five areas,thirteen points for cervical spondylosis

Objective To observe the effect of Fugui Gutong capsule combined with five lines,five areas,thirteen points for cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 122 patients with cervical spondylosis treated in our hospital from May 2017 to April 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 61 cases in each group.The control group received anti-bone hyperplasia capsules and acupuncture treatment.The observation group received a combination of Fugui Gutong capsule and five lines,five areas,thirteen points.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,limb function,neck function,quality of life,and adverse reactions of two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(90.16%)was higher than that of the control group(75.41%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores such as neck pain,chills,cold limbs,dizziness,upper limb numbness,etc.,cervical vertebral dysfunction index(NDI)score,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score,and health status questionnaire(SF-36)scores between two groups(P>0.05).The neck pain scores(1.76±1.05)points,chills and limb cold score(0.86±0.29)points,vertigo score(1.17±0.32)points,upper limb numbness score(0.92±0.36)points,NDI score(16.51±3.39)points of the observation group were lower than(2.97±1.14)points,(1.64±0.43)points,(1.81±0.36)points,(1.44±0.39)points and (22.18±4.67)points in the control group after treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The JOA score(12.39±2.13)points and SF-36 score(82.69±7.06)points in the observation group were higher than(9.43±2.51)points,(70.74±5.91)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Only the control group showed mild vomiting and dizziness,which did not adversely affect the treatment.Conclusion The combination of Fugui Gutong capsule and five lines,five areas,thirteen points method applied in the patients with cervical spondylosis is safe and effective,which is helpful for rapid relief of clinical symptoms,recovery of neck function and limb function,and improvement of quality of life.
