知识交流效率视角下图情期刊影响力评价

目的/意义] 从知识交流效率视角构建期刊影响力评价方法，为探索期刊影响力的多维指标评价及优化提供借鉴。方法/过程] 运用DEA模型测算图书情报类期刊的知识交流效率，基于期刊效率的差异性与DEA方法的原理识别出期刊间的认可关系，构建认可网络并求解各节点的α中心度以表示期刊的影响力，运用期刊指标的相对强度值及其分类结果揭示期刊影响力的成因，并测算期刊知识交流的知识来源冗余率和传播及引证不足率。结果/结论] 图书情报类期刊整体知识交流效率较高，但存在着差异性；期刊依据影响力的大小，分别位于期刊认可网络的中央、核心和边缘位置，受其他期刊的认可总数与认可程度依次递减；期刊分为学术热点、知识扩散、网络传播、国内影响、国际影响和改进型6种类型，国际影响力型的期刊较少；改进型期刊需要减少期刊知识来源冗余率和传播及引证不足率以提升期刊效率；提出提升期刊影响力的建议。

The Evaluation of Impact Power of Journals About Library and Information from the Perspective of Knowledge Exchanging Efficiency

Purpose/significance] From the perspective of knowledge exchange efficiency, this paper proposes a new evaluation method for impact power of journal and provides reference for exploring the multi-dimensional index evaluation and optimization for journal evaluation.Method/process] Using DEA model to measure the knowledge exchange efficiency of library and information journal, based on the difference of efficiency and the principle of DEA method, the recognition relationship between journals was identified. Then the recognition network was constructed and α center degree of each node to represent the influence of the journal was solved. Using relative strength value of journal indexes and its classification results, the causes of the journal impact power was revealed, and the redundancy rate of knowledge sources and the shortage rate of dissemination and citation was measured.Result/conclusion] The overall knowledge exchange efficiency of library and information journals is high, but there are differences. According to the order of journal impact power, different journals are located at the center, core and edge of the recognition network, and in the same order, the degree of recognition declines accordingly. Journals are divided into six types:academic hot spot, knowledge diffusion, network communication, domestic influence, international influence and improving type. Journals of improving type need to reduce the redundancy rate of knowledge sources and the shortage rate of dissemination and citation to improve their efficiency.
