摘    要:目的建立HPLC法同时测定参麦注射液(红参、麦冬)中人参皂苷Rg_1、Re、Rf、Rb_1、Rc、Ro、Rb_2、Rb_3、Rd的含有量。方法该药物的分析采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-水(含0.05%磷酸),梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温26℃;检测波长203 nm。结果 9种人参皂苷在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999 5),平均加样回收率96.7%~102.3%,RSD 2.3%~4.4%。结论该方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于参麦注射液的质量控制。

Abstract:AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of ginsenosides Rg1,Re,Rf,Rb1,Rc,Ro,Rb2,Rb3 and Rd in Shenmai Injection(Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra and Ophiopogonis Radix).METHODS The analysis of this drug was performed on a 26℃thermostatic Agilent Zorbax SBC18column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-water(containing 0.05%phosphoric acid)flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 203 nm.RESULTS Nine ginsenosides showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.999 5),whose average recoveries were 96.7%-102.3%with the RSDs of 2.3%-4.4%.CONCLUSION This simple,accurate and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Shenmai Injection.
