| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨洛美沙星对耐多药肺结核治疗效果。方法：对多耐药肺结核采用洛美沙星联合抗结核治疗。结果：治疗组32例取得痰菌阴围率84.38%，病灶总吸收好转率93.8％,空洞缩小和闭合率78.1%。明显高于对照组26例的57.7%（P＜0.05）、53.8%（P＜0.005）和50％（P＜0.05）。结论：洛美沙星对多耐药肺结核治疗效果良好，副作用少。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the therapeutical outcome of Lome floxacin to multidrug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis (MDR TB)patients Methods 32 MDR TB patients (with bacillary resistance to at least isoniazid and rifampin in vitro) received lomefloxacin containing regimens Compared with other 26 MDR TB patients received same regimens but lomefloxacin not included Results:Study group had a remarkable improvement than control group The sputum negtive conversion rates are 84 4% to 57 7%( P <0 05),extent of radiographic disease improvement rate are 93 8% to 53 8%( P <0 01),completeness of closure of cavities rate are 78 1% to 50% ( P <0 05) Conclusion: Most MDR TB patients can be treated effectively with lomefloxacin containing regimens |
