摘    要:某110 kV变电站一条35 kV线路L1相接地故障引起过电压,造成35 kV电压互感器三相短路,电压互感器柜着火,同时1号主变压器中压侧过流保护动作跳开351断路器,造成35 kV母线全停。通过现场调查取证,事故直接原因为线路施工人员作业时接地线挂接位置、数量不符合工作票要求。提出应加强施工人员安全教育,加强现场安全生产管理,严格落实安全生产责任制,以杜绝此类事故的再次发生。

Abstract:Earthing fault of a 35 kV line L1 for 110 kV substation caused over voltage, resulting in 35 kV voltage transformer three-phase short circuit and voltage transformer cabinet fire, while the main transformer overcurrent protection of circuit medium-voltage tripping 351 breaker, resulting in 35 kV bus stop. Through investigation, the direct causes are that the line construction personnel working earthing hanging position did not meet the quantity work ticket request. Put forward to strengthen construction workers safety education and safety production management, strictly implement the responsibility system for production safety to prevent such incidents.
