110kV变电站电压互感器烧损事故分析

某110 kV变电站一条35 kV线路L1相接地故障引起过电压,造成35 kV电压互感器三相短路,电压互感器柜着火,同时1号主变压器中压侧过流保护动作跳开351断路器,造成35 kV母线全停。通过现场调查取证,事故直接原因为线路施工人员作业时接地线挂接位置、数量不符合工作票要求。提出应加强施工人员安全教育,加强现场安全生产管理,严格落实安全生产责任制,以杜绝此类事故的再次发生。

Through investigation, the direct causes are that the line construction personnel working earthing hanging position did not meet the quantity work ticket request.
