摘    要:由于SF6气体无色无味,使得SF6电气设备的气体泄漏点用一般方法不易被定位,严重影响设备安全运行.采用SF6红外成像检漏技术可以在设备不停电的情况下进行SF6气体检漏,精确定位泄漏点,并实现图像的实时传输.介绍了SF6红外成像检漏技术的基本原理,通过SF6设备检漏实例,总结了红外成像检漏在精确定位、提供检修依据、减少停电损失等方面的技术优势,最后提出红外成像检漏诊断过程中包含天气因素、补气周期、重点检测部位以及操作技巧在内的影响因素及与其相对应的解决办法.

Abstract:SF6 gas is colorless and odorless, making the gas leakage points of the SF6 electrical equipment hard to be located, which seriously affects the safe operation of equipment. The SF6 infrared imaging leak detection technology can test the SF6 leak without interrupting the power supply, locate the leak points precisely, and achieve real-time transmission of images. The author introduces the basic principles of SF6 infrared imaging leak detection technology, summarizes the advantages of the precise positioning through instances of the SF6 equipment leak detection, providing the basis of overhaul, reducing outage cost in infrared imaging leak detection, and finally makes the diagnosis of infrared imaging leak detection factorsand operating skills.
