摘    要:对电力系统大停电的自组织临界特性的若干重要的问题进行了详细的讨论,包括大停电发生规模的幂率分布特征,分形特征及1/f噪声特征。该文利用国内的一些资料数据对我国电力系统的大停电的概率分布进行了回归分析,并在国内外研究工作的基础上从大停电持续时间分布的角度,对大停电的1/f噪声特性进行了近似证明,其结果和Bak等人在理想沙堆模型上得到的结果基本一致。

Abstract:Large-scale blackouts of power systems occur around the world in recent years. Most of outages are caused by cascading failures, so it is significant to study large-scale blackout. Self-organized criticality theory is used to explain explaining cascading failure of the dynamic complex system, and also it is concerned extensively in the explanations of the production mechanism of blackouts in power system. The authors research some important issues about the self-organized criticality of the large-scale outages in power system in detail, including the characteristics of power laws distribution, the fractal and 1/f noise. According to domestic data, the regression analysis on probability distribution of power system blackouts in China is conducted; based on research findings home and abroad and in the viewpoint of duration distribution of large-scale blackouts, the 1/f noise characteristic of large-scale blackout is approximately proved, and the results is close to that from the ideal pile model by P. Bak and co-worker.
