摘    要:目的:建立用高效液相色谱测定保健食品中功效成分乌头碱含量的方法。方法:样品中的乌头碱经浓氨试液-甲醇(2∶20)混合溶液加热回流,以乙醚振摇萃取,甲醇溶解并定容,经C18柱分离,在紫外检测器232nm波长处检测。结果:此方法的回收率为85.8%~92.7%,RSD为6.7%。结论:此方法操作简单,准确可靠,为保健食品中乌头碱含量的检测提供参考。

Abstract:A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method to determine aconitine in health food was established Aconitine in the sample was circumfluenced with ammonia-methyl alcohol and extracted with aether,the C18 column was adopted to separate an detected at wavelength 232nm.The rate of recovery was 86.2%~93.2%,RSD was 6.7%.The method is accurate reliable.It could provide reference for quality control of aconitine in health food.
