基于DSP的近红外煤质检测系统的研究

摘    要:介绍了红外线实现煤质检测的原理并进行了可行性分析。控制系统采用了TMS320LF2407A微处理器为核心;光学部分采用了声光可调谐滤光器(AOTF),与传统的分光器件相比,AOTF具有扫描速度快,光可靠性高、再现性好等优点。经验证明该系统比传统的测量方法在精度和稳定性方面得到提高。

Abstract:This paper presentes the principle of coal quality analysis with near - infrared and makes an analysis of feasibility . The control system adopts TMS320LF2407A microprocessor as the core. The optical system adopts AOTF. It has the property of faster scanning speed, more stable and better repeatable than traditional spectral component. It has been proved that this method is more accurate and stable than the traditional methods.
