| 摘 要： | 目的:对筛选的黄连、黄柏、姜黄素、紫草素四种中药提取物进行豚鼠皮肤光毒性试验,预测这几种物质在UVA波长范围是否有潜在的皮肤光毒性.方法:动物选择普通级别白化豚鼠30 只,光源规格为 PHILIPS公司生产TL60W/10R,UVA波长320～400 nm, 波长峰值365 nm.UVB＜0.1 J/cm2,按照07年卫生部化妆品规范中的动物皮肤光毒性试验进行.结果:这四种物质在UVA波长范围的动物光毒性试验中均未显示有光毒性.结论:按照化妆品安全性检测,这四种中药提取物可以添加于化妆品中应用.
