| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨早期康复干预对脑出血手术后偏瘫肢体功能恢复的效果.方法 选择高血压脑出血手术后偏瘫患者60例,随机分为康复组与对照组.康复组按常规治疗和护理的同时.术后病情稳定即开始肢体功能康复干预;对照组行常规护理及随意自我锻炼.两组在术后第1天和术后第28天测定肌力和Barthel指数评分.结果 术后第28天康复组肌力、Barthel指数评分明显比对照组高,差异有显著性(P＜0.01).结论 早期康复干预对高血压脑出血手术后偏瘫肢体功能恢复有积极意义.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of early rehabilitation training on extremity motor function of hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage op-eration so as to improve the life quality.Methods 61 patients receiving cerebral hemorrhage operation were randomly divided into2 groups:30 in the experimental group carrying out rehabilitation training after operation,and the rest 30 as controls just normal training after operation.The tensile force of muscle was tested and Barthd Index was spplied for assessment of the functional status after training on the 1st day and the 28 th day after operation.Results There Was significant differenee between the 2 groups on the 28th day(P＜0.01).Condusion Early rehabilitation intervention after cerebral hemorrhage operation can efficienfly improve the recovery of extremity motor function. |
