男性糖尿病患者ED现象的临床观察

目的了解男性糖尿病患者勃起功能障碍的现象,并探讨其可能病因。方法对67例年龄在27～65岁的男性糖尿病患者详细询问病史、性生活状况、性生活质量。结果勃起功能障碍患者28例,发生率为41.8%。67例依27～35岁、36～45岁、46～55岁、56～65岁年龄段,糖尿病性勃起功能障碍发生率分别为9.1%,35.0%,47.4%,64.7%。结论糖尿病性勃起功能障碍常见且发生率高,其病因是多方面的、复杂的,是多方面协同作用的结果。糖尿病性勃起功能障碍需重视和及时治疗。

Clinical observation of male diabetes mellitus erectile dysfunction

Objective To observe clinical symptoms of male diabetes mellitus erectile dysfunction and to discuss its possible reasons. Methods Sixty-seven patients aged in the patients aged from 27 to 65 years old were inquired their disease history,status of sex intercourse,and qualities of sex intercourse. Results Among 67 patients,28 suffered from erectile dysfunction (41.8%).The morbidity was 9.1%,35.0%,47.4% and 64.7% in the patients aged from 27 to 35,36 to 45,46 to 55 and from 56 to 65 years,respectively. Conclusion Diabetes mellitus erectile dysfunction has a high morbidity and there are various and complex reasons,which should be paid more attention and treated in time.
