| 摘 要： | 本从当前的形势分析入手，提出网络时代加强对大学生的思想政治教育已成为一个无法回避且亟需解决的重要问题，作为高校思想政治工作，面对飞速发展的形势，必须提高自身的综合素质，努力成为塑造灵魂的工程师、社会形势的分析师、心理问题的咨询师、政治人才的培训师、精神食粮的营养师、校园化活动的策划师、现代信息技术的掌握，才能适应实际工作的需要，保证思想政治工作的成效性和先进性，才能真正做好思想政治工作。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the present situation and discusses an important and unavoidable matter in the network era: to emphasize the ideological and political education on college students. It points out that it is very necessary for all the ideological and political workers to develop their comprehensive qualities. They should try their best to become engineers of souls, analysts of social situation, consultants of psychological problems, trainers of political talents, nutritionists of mental food, planners of campus culture and masters of modern technology in order to satisfy the needs of practical work and ensure the efficient and advanced work. |
