胰岛素联合吡格列酮治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

目的评价胰岛素联合吡格列酮对2型糖尿病患者降血糖的协同作用。方法将60例2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组,治疗组（n=31）;胰岛素联合吡格列酮15mg.d-1;对照组（n=29）;只应用胰岛素,疗程均为12周。观察两组患者的空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2h血糖（2hBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1C）和胰岛素用量。结果两组患者的FBG,2hBG和HbA1C均得到良好控制;治疗组胰岛素用量明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论胰岛素联合吡格列酮治疗2型糖尿病,可更有效控制血糖,减少胰岛素剂量,改善胰岛素抵抗。

The therapeutic effects of the insulin-combined piologlitazone in type 2 diabetes mellitus

OBJECTIVE To evaluate synergistic effect of pioglitazone combined with insulin in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients.METHODS Type 2 diabetic patients（n=60） were randomly divided into treatment group（n=31） and control group（n=29）.In treatment group,patients were treated by insulin only.The treatment time was 12 weeks.Then observe the fasting blood glucose（FBG）,2 hour＇s postprandial blood glucose（2 hBG）,glyoocsylatde（HbAlC） and insulin dosage of either group.RESULTS FBG,2 hBG and HbAlC were under good control.The insulin dosage of Treatment group is apprently less than that of control group.CONCLUSION Pioglitazone combined with insulin in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients is more effective in controlling blood glucose.In consequence,the insulin dosage is reduced and insulin resistance is well improved.
