抗抑郁焦虑药物治疗功能性消化不良

目的探讨抗抑郁、焦虑药物治疗功能性消化不良（FD）疗效。方法83例FD患者经SDS、SAS测定,分为抑郁焦虑组与单纯FD组,均为黛力新或百优解治疗4周,记录疗效与副作用。结果抑郁焦虑组总有效率92.3%,单纯FD组总有效率84.1%,二者疗效无显著差异,百优解、黛力新治疗FD疗效相似。结论FD发病与精神因素关系密切,短期应用抗抑郁、焦虑药物治疗FD疗效肯定,耐受性尚可。

Treatement of functional dyspepsia with antidepressant and anxiolytic drugs

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of antidepressant and anxiolytic drugs in the treatment of functional dyspepsia (FD). Methods Eighty-three outpatients of FD were selected between Jul 2003 and Dec 2005. Diagnoses of FD was made according to the Rome II criteria. Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) were taken to divide the patients into two groups, the group of FD complicated with depression or anxiety (group 1), and the group of simple FD (group 2). Deanxit or Prozac was administered for 4 weeks in both groups. Symptoms were evaluated before and after the treatment. Therapeutic efficacy was analyzed, and adverse events were recorded. Results Forty-four patients were allotted to group 1, and 39 to group 2. Total efficacy of antidepressant and anxiolytic drugs was 92.3% and 84.1% in group 1 and 2, respectively, without significant difference (p=0.418). Efficacy of Deanxit and Prozac in the treatment of FD was similar. Incidence of adverse events was 14.5%, including dizziness, thirsty, nausea, constipation and insomnia. Conclusion The pathogenesis of FD is closely related to psychic factors. Short-term treatment of FD with antidepressants and anxiolytics is efficacious and tolerable.
