摘    要:随着企业改革的逐步深化,原有的考核体系已不再适合当前的生产与经济形势,并暴露出一些问题,需要将其不断地创新与完善。天津分公司在原有绩效考核体系的基础上,以“操作条件反射理论”为依据,开拓思路,建立了行之有效的绩效考核体系。新体系具有奖优罚劣、奖进罚退、形式精炼、公正、公平、公开以及鼓励考核部门秉公执法,推动被考核单位开展比、学、赶、帮活动等特色,为企业的生产经营奠定了坚实的基础。

Abstract:With deepening of reform of enterprises, the existed examination system has no longer been suitable to present production and economical situation and exposed several problems, need to be constantly innovated and improved. On the basis of existing performance examination system and according to the Operation Condition Refection Theory, this company broadened ideas, and set up effective performance examination system. The new system features awarding good punishing bad, awarding advanced and punishing retreated, simple forms, fair and open, encouraging examinating departments to work impartially and promoting examinated departments to develop activities of comparison, learning, catching up and help, will lay a solid foundation for the production and operation of the business.
