| 摘 要： | 目的研究改良胸腔内胸廓成形术在慢性结核性脓胸治疗的价值。方法采用腋下小切口,病灶刮除后,依据残腔大小游离胸大肌及背阔肌部分皮瓣填塞脓腔,残腔应用抗结核药物并有充分的引流。结果21例慢性结核性脓胸患者均经改良胸膜内胸廓成形术治疗,全部一次手术治愈,随访六个月无1例复发。结论改良的胸膜内胸廓成形术治疗慢性结核性脓胸与传统的胸膜内胸廓成形术相比具有创伤小、对患者外形改变小、一次手术成功率高等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the improved extrapleural thoracoplasty in the treatment of chronic trberculous empyema.Methods 21 patients with chronic tuberculous empyema were treated by improved extrapleural thoracoplasty and followed-up for six months. Results All patients were cured. The followed-up after 6 months treatment showed that there was no recurrent case and the cured rate was 100%.Conclusion Improved extrapleural thoracoplasty for chronic tuberculous empyema is a safe operatipon with lower damage and higher cured rate. |
