罗哌卡因蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉在剖宫产中的应用

目的:评价0.75%罗哌卡因蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉用于剖宫产手术的临床效果及安全性。方法:择期剖宫产手术120例,随机分为A组60例和B组60例,两组产妇均于L2～3椎间隙作腰—硬联合穿刺,成功后注入局部麻醉药并置入硬外导管。结果:罗哌卡因与布比卡因在剂量相同时,罗哌卡因较布比卡因感觉及运动阻滞起效慢,但不良反应少。结论:0.75%罗哌卡因蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉用于剖宫产手术效果满意,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the 0.75% ropivacaine spinal anesthesia for cesarean section clinical efficacy and safety.Methods 120 cases of elective cesarean section were randomly divided into A group of 60 cases and 60 cases of group B,two mothers were in the L2～3 intervertebral space for spinal-epidural puncture,and after successful injection of local anesthetic into the epidural catheter.Results Ropivacaine and bupivacaine in the same dose of ropivacaine than bupivacaine sensory and motor block onset is slower,but less side effects.Conclusion 0.75% ropivacaine spinal anesthesia for cesarean section were satisfied,Worthy of Promotion.
