DR与螺旋CT检查在胸部创伤诊断中的临床价值探讨

目的：探讨DR与CT检查在胸部创伤诊断中的临床价值。方法：回顾分析我院2008年1月～2012年6月收治胸部创伤165例,所有患者分别进行DR与CT检查,比较DR与CT诊断准确率。结果：DR与CT表现均呈复合性创伤;DR检出123例,检出率74.55%,CT检出165例,检出率100%;CT检出率明显高于DR检查。两种检查方法比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：DR与CT在胸部创伤诊断中均具有重要的诊断价值,DR具有简单快捷的优点,是常规检查的首选,但存在一定的漏检率,CT具有清晰度高、检查准确性高的优点,是DR检查的重要补充。对于创伤较严重的患者,应首选CT作为初诊检查手段,以及时作出准确诊断,提高治愈率。

The value of DR and spiral CT in the diagnosis of chest trauma

Objective：To explore the value of DR and spiral CT in the diagnosis of chest trauma. Methods：Retrospective analysis of 165 pa-tients with chest trauma who were treated in our hospital in January 2008-June 2012, all patients were given DR and CT examination, compared DR and CT.diagnostic accuracy. Results：DR and CT manifestations all showed complex trauma; DR detection in 123 cases, the detection rate of 74.55%, CT de-tection in 165 eases,the detection rate of 100% ;CT detection rate was obviously higher than that of the DR inspection. Two kinds of inspection methods with significant difference, there was statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： DR and CT all have important diagnostic value in the chest trauma diagnosis, DR has the advantages of simple and quick, is the first choice of routine inspection, but there are some residual rate, high resolution CT has the advantage of high definition and high accuracy, as an important complement to DR check. In the clinical inspection should according to patients condition choose appropriate inspection method, should first selection CT as a first visit inspection method, and to make an accurate diagnosis and improve the cure rate.
