| 摘 要： | 巨噬细胞是机体的重要免疫细胞之一,在特异性免疫反应的诱发和免疫调节中起关键作用.巨噬细胞是一种多分化来源的细胞,单核细胞、CD34+造血干细胞及早期T淋巴细胞等在适当的因素作用下可分化成巨噬细胞,不同细胞来源的与不同因素诱导分化的巨噬细胞在功能与生物学特性方面有很大差异.

| Abstract: | Macrophage is one of the most important immunol cells, and plays a key role in the elilitation of specific immune response and immunoregulation. Under the stimulation of suitable factors, monocyte,CD34 + hematopoietic stem cell and early T cell can differentiate into macrophage. Macrophagcs derived from different original cells or induced by different factors process different biological characteristics and function. |
