摘    要:从历史经验教训和现实需要看,大力培养工程类创新人才具有极端重要性和紧迫性。培养创新人才的主要制约因素:观念上的误区;高层次师资缺乏;教学内容和教学手段落后。培养创新人才的主要对策:明确细化工程教育目标;精心铸造素质优良的工程教育队伍;大力推进教学改革;建立和完善创新人才培养机制。

Abstract:Based on the historical experience and failure, and practical requirement, it is extremely important and urgent to cultivate the creative engineering talents. The authors analyze the major restrictive factors in training personnel, such as idealistic misunderstandings, shortage of high-qualified teachers, outdated teaching contents and demoded educational methods. As a result, some countermeasures are proposed, including: making the engineering educational target clear, constructing the professional staff, deepening the teaching innovation, establishing and improving the training mechanism.
