摘    要:目的从栀子黄废液中分离纯化京尼平苷。方法采用两步吸附分离法,即先采用活性炭从栀子黄废液中吸附分离京尼平苷,纯度可达17.56%,然后再用HPD100大孔树脂进一步纯化京尼平苷。结果纯度可达58.42%。结论该项工艺操作简单,为工业化生产京尼平苷打下基础。

Abstract:Objective Isolation and purification of Geniposide from Gardenia yellow waste liquid with double adsorb and purify were studied.MethodsFirst,used the active carbon to isolate geniposide from the liquid,then used HPD100 macroporous resin to purify it.ResultsThe finished product's purity achieved 58.42%.ConclusionThis technology is simple and can be used for industrial production.
