尼妥珠单抗联合顺铂同期放化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌患者的护理

目的总结局部晚期鼻咽癌患者应用尼妥珠单抗联合顺铂同期放化疗的护理体会。方法选取58例应用尼妥珠单抗联合顺铂同期放化疗治疗的晚期鼻咽癌患者,回顾性分析其临床资料,并总结护理要点。结果 58例患者均按照计划完成治疗,完全缓解48例,部分缓解10例,近期疗效较为满意。结论局部晚期鼻咽癌患者应用尼妥珠单抗联合顺铂同期放化疗的治疗方法是安全有效的,采取针对性的护理措施可以减少和改善患者治疗期间的不良反应,提高护理质量。

Nursing of advanced nasopharyneal carcinoma patients treated with concurrent chemo-radiotherapy combined with nimotuzumab and cisplatin

ObjectiveTo summarize the experience of nursing advanced nasopharyneal carcinoma（NPC）patients treated with concurrent chemo-radiotherapy（CCRT）combined with nimotuzumab and cisplatin.MethodsWe retrospectively looked into the histories of 58 patients with advanced NPC treated with CCRT combined with nimotuzumab and cisplatin to summarize nursing Methods.ResultsAll patients completed therapy, 48 patients had complete response, 10 patients had partial response. The short-term effects were satisfactory.ConclusionsThe treatment of CCRT combined with nimotuzumab and cisplatin for patients with advanced NPC is safe and effective. The corresponding nursing measures can reduce adverse reactions and improve the life quality of patients.
