瑶药杀松涯重金属及有机氯农药残留量分析

摘    要:目的分析测定瑶药杀松涯重金属及有机氯农药残留量,为其用药安全性提供试验依据。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定样品中铅、砷、镉、汞、铜的含量;采用气相色谱法测定样品中总六六六、总滴滴涕和五氯硝基苯的含量。结果样品中铅、砷、镉、汞、铜含量范围分别为1.53~6.33 mg/kg、0.21~3.35 mg/kg、0.11~0.30 mg/kg、0~0.05 mg/kg、1.52~14.28 mg/kg;总六六六、总滴滴涕和五氯硝基苯的含量范围分别为0~1.159 8 mg/kg、0.002 1~0.047 1 mg/kg、0.002 8~0.090 0 mg/kg。其中,1批次样品的砷和1批次样品的铅超标,2批次样品的总六六六超标。结论大部分样品重金属和农药残留量在安全范围内,但个别样品在重金属和农药残留方面尚存在一定的安全隐患,应引起重视,以保证用药的安全性。

Abstract:Objective To analysis and determination of heavy metals and organochlorine pesticide residues in Yao medicine Odontosoria chinensis (L.) J.Smith,and provide the experimental basis for the safety of drug use.Methods The contents of Pb,As,Cd,Hg,Cu are determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS).The contents of total BHC,total DDT and pentachloronitrobenzene are determined by gas chromatography.Results The content ranges of Pb,As,Cd,Hg,Cu are 1.53~6.33 mg/kg,0.21~3.35 mg/kg,0.11~0.30 mg/kg,0~0.05 mg/kg,1.52~14.28 mg/kg.The content ranges of total BHC,total DDT and pentachloronitrobenzene are 0~1.159 8 mg/kg,0.002 1~0.047 1 mg/kg,0.002 8~0.090 0 mg/kg.Among them,one batch of sample of As and one batch of sample of Pb contents are exceeded the standard.Two batches of samples of total BHC contents are exceeded the standard.Conclusion There are potential safety hazards of heavy metals and organochlorine pesticide residues in Odontosoria chinensis (L.) J.Smith,the monitor of medicinal materials in over-standard producing area should be strengthened to ensure the safty usage.
