钢筋混凝土烟囱基础温度场的数值分析

摘    要:对烟囱基础的内壁最高温进行有限元分析,考虑了由内衬内表面计算的基础环壁埋深和直径、土壤导热系数和隔热层的厚度及材料类型等因素对烟囱基础温度场的影响。通过数值模拟结果与试验结果相比较,表明模拟结果是正确的。用有限元对基础温度场的分布规律进行了数值分析,为烟囱基础温度场的计算提供理论依据。

Abstract:The highest temperature of the chimney foundation is analyzed by finite element method The effects of foundation depth from the inner surface of the liner to the ground,the foundation diameter of the liner,the conductivity of the soil,the thickness and the conductivity of the adiabatic layer on the foundation temperature are consideredComparing the simulaed results with the test results proves that the numerical analyses are correctThe distribution laws of the temperature of the foundation are analyzed by the finite element method,which can provide the theoretical bases for the temperature calculation of the chimney foundation
