微波耦合铁碳微电解预处理石化废水的试验

摘    要:采用微波耦合铁碳微电解技术对石化废水进行预处理,并对预处理前后水样中有机物的变化进行分析。结果表明,原水CODCr为10 500 mg/L,在废水pH值为3、铁碳投加量为20%、微波功率为700 W,经微波辐射5 min处理后,出水CODCr为2 370 mg/L左右,COD去除率稳定在77%左右,提高了废水的可生化性。GC-MS和三维荧光分析结果均表明,微波耦合铁碳微电解处理后,试验废水中有机物的数量及浓度大幅降低。结合后续生化处理,可以达到三级污水综合排放标准(GB 8978-1996)。微波耦合铁碳微电解可作为石化废水的有效预处理方法。

Abstract:Microwave coupled ferrocarbon micro-electrolysis technology was used to pretreat petrochemical wastewater. The variation of dissolved organic matter characteristics during the treatment process were investigated.The optimal reaction conditions were listed as follows: iron carbon dosage was 20%, pH value was 3, microwave power was 700 W and residence time was 5 min. Under the condition, influent CODCr was 10 500 mg/L, while effluent CODCr was 2 370 mg/L, and removal rate of COD was about 77%.Meanwhile, it could improve the B/C of wastewater. GC-MS results and three dimensional fluorescence analysis both showed that the quantity and concentration of organic compounds in the test wastewater were greatly reduced. After following biochemical treatment, effluent COD may meet grade Ⅲ griteria of integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB 8978-1996). Microwave coupled ferrocarbon micro-electrolysis could be used as an effective pretreatment method for petrochemical wastewater.
