盐酸度洛西汀肠溶胶囊治疗抑郁症的疗效及安全性分析

目的 针对盐酸度洛西汀肠溶胶囊治疗抑郁症的疗效及安全性展开分析。方法 50例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组25例。对照组患者给予阿米替林片进行治疗,实验组患者予以盐酸度洛西汀肠溶胶囊进行治疗。比较两组患者不良反应发生情况、不同时间段汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及治疗效果。结果 实验组患者的不良反应发生率为4%,低于对照组的24%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗第2、4周的HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的治疗总有效率76%略高于对照组的52%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 实施盐酸度洛西汀肠溶胶囊治疗抑郁症的疗效与经典三环类抗抑郁药阿米替林片相当,但盐酸度洛西汀肠溶胶囊的不良反应发生率更低,具有应用及推广价值。

Analysis of the efficacy and safety of duloxetine hydrochloride enteric capsules in the treatment of depression

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of duloxetine hydrochloride enteric capsules in the treatment of depression.Methods A total of 50 depression patients as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated by amitriptyline tablets,and the experimental group was treated by duloxetine hydrochloride enteric capsules.The occurrence of adverse reactions,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score at different time points and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was 4%,which was lower than that of the control group 24%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,HAMD scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 76%of treatment of the experimental group was a little higher than that of the control group 52%,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Duloxetine ehydrochloride enteric capsules has the same effective rate as the classical tricyclic antidepressant amittiline tablets,but it has lower incidence of adverse reactions.It contains the value of application and promotion.
