摘    要:介绍个旧市化肥厂磷石膏制硫酸钾联产三元结晶复合肥的中试试验工艺流程、主要设备、中试结果及经济评价。中试结果认为 :该工艺路线在技术经济上是可行的 ;但要求原料 KCl的 K2 O含量一定要≥ 6 0 % ,否则 ,K2 SO4产品质量不能达标 ;中试也发现某些设备存在的问题 ,有待今后改进。采用该方法生产的硫酸钾及三元结晶复合肥 ,产品质量好 ,副产品市场前景广阔。

Abstract:The process, equipment, test result and technoeconomic appraisal of pilotplant test for production of SOP & coproductive crystallizing compound fertilizer from phosphogypsum in Gejiu City Chemical Fertilizer Plant are expounded. The test result shows that the process is feasible in techno economy , however it needs the KCl raw material with at least 60% K\-2O in order to obtain qualified SOP product and some equipment also need to be improved. In general, the SOP & coproductive crystallizing compound fertilizer products by means of the process have good quality and great market potential.
