| 摘 要： | 在企业为获取专利权而展开的专利竞赛中,企业的策略至关重要,参赛企业必须根据其在竞赛中的相对位置不断调整R&D投资策略．本文提出了两阶段专利竞赛模型,并应用该模型对专利竞赛中企业的R&D投资策略进行了分析．

The article brings forward the two-stage patent races model and analyzes the firm's R&D investment strategy in patent races with the model. |
