| 摘 要： | 目的：提高补肾养阴降糖丸的质量控制标准.方法：采用TLC法对方中山茱萸、当归、川芎和黄芪进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定牡丹皮中丹皮酚的含量.结果：在TLC图谱中可检出山茱萸、当归、川芎和黄芪的特征斑点.丹皮酚在0.043～0.643 μg的进样范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.4％,RSD为1.4％（n=6）.结论：该方法操作简便,结果准确,专属性强,适用于补肾养阴降糖丸的质量控制.

| Abstract: | Objective： To improve the quality standard for Bushen Yangyin Jiangtang pills. Methods： Corni Fructus, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chuanxiong Rhizoma and Astragali Radix in the pills were identified by TLC. The content of paeonol in the pills was determined by RP-HPLC. Results： Corni Fructus , Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chuanxiong Rhizoma and Astragali Radix could be identi- fied by TLC. Paeonol showed good linear relationship within the range of 0. 043-0. 643 μg（ r = 0.999 9）. The average recovery was 99.4% with RSD of 1.4% （n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple,reliable and accurate, and can be applied in the quality con- trol of the preparation. |
