湖北省1024例围产儿死因分析

湖北省1024例围产儿死亡病例回顾性分析表明:监测的44039例围产儿中,死亡率为23.25%。减去113例致死畸形矫正死亡率为20.69%,其中死胎367例占40.29%,死产217例占23.84%,7天内死亡327例占35.89%。对围产儿死亡的有关因素进行了分析。对降低围产儿死亡率的措施进行了讨论。

Analysis of the Causes of the Perinatal Mortality (A Report of 1024 Cases of Hubei Province)

This article reported the analysed data of living and stillbirths from 28 weeks of gestatin to within a period of 7 days after delivery in 30 hospitals of cities,prefectures and counties of Hubei province during a period of 12 months(1986.10～1987.9).The overall perinatal mortality was 23.25‰,of which 39.75% was fetal death,24.31% stillbirth and 35.94% neonatal death and show-~l that mor- taity of the remote border and rural areas were higher than that of the cites.The maternal and fetal complications and relevant factor influencing the perinatal mortality were analysis.The main cause of perinatal mortality was prematurity.Next were malformation,fetal asphy,xia and breech presentation. The authors made positive suggestions to solve the problems according to the analytic results.Preven- tion and treatment of perinatal complications and measures to minimize perinatal mortality were dise- cussed.
