PET脑功能图像感兴趣区提取和可视化研究

摘    要:目的 提取和显示PET脑功能图像感兴趣区。方法 采用现在流行的SPM统计分析软件对PET脑功能图像进行图像预处理,提取感兴趣区域;采用三维面绘制技术显示并测量感兴趣区域。结果 在6例正常人针刺足三里PET脑功能图像感兴趣区提取、显示和测量中,得出针刺足三里穴位在大脑中央前后回和中央小叶前部产生功能增强,右侧颞叶前端、颞下回前端等区域也有增强。结论 实验结果与神经解剖学理论吻合。感兴趣区域的三维可视化有助于感兴趣区域的立体观察和计算。该方法有效、实用,为研究中医针刺足三里穴位与神经调节机制提供了新手段。

Abstract:Objective To extract and display ROI of PET brain functional images.Methods A kind of popular software SPM (statistical parametric mapping) was used to preprocess the PET brain images and build a statistical model to extract its ROI.A kind of 3D-surface rendering technology was used to visualize the ROI and calculate its volume.Results In the test of extracting ROI of 6 normal persons' PET brain images about acupuncturing Zu-san-li point, the excitement was strengthened in the regions of Gyrus precentralis and postcentralis, the foreside of right Lobus temporalis and Gyrus frontalis inferior.Conclusion The result was consistent with the theory of traditional neuroanatomy.The visualization of ROI made the three-dimensional observation and the correlative calculation become easier.The methods were reliable,applied and original and provided a new method for the research of the relation between acupuncturing Zu-san-li poin and its neural modulation.
