圆板成对无模液压胀形过程的研究

摘    要:本文通过实验和有限元模拟对圆板成对无模液压胀形过程进行了研究。在有限元模拟中,分析了初始几何缺陷对壳体起皱的临界压力和起皱形态的影响。结果表明,有限元模拟的带初始缺陷的壳体胀形时的起皱临界压力和起皱形态与实验结果非常吻合,而完善壳体的起皱临界压力和起皱形态与实验结果则有较大差别

Abstract:The dieless hydrobulging process of circular plates in pairs has been researched by the experiment and finite element simulation.The effect of the initial geometrical imperfection on the buckling critical pressure and buckling model has been taken into account in the finite element simulation.Results show that the simulated buckling critical pressure and buckling model of the shell with initial geometrical imperfection are agree well with those of experiment,but for the perfect shell,the simulated buckling critical pressure and buckling model are not coincided with those of experiment.
