| 摘 要： | 认识和鉴别肝脏恶性肿瘤射频消融术后正常及异常的影像学表现至关重要。早期发现肿瘤残留、复发及术后并发症有利于及时复治，避免延误病情。本文针对肝脏肿瘤射频消融术后的正常与异常的影像学表现进行综述。

| Abstract: | Recognition of imaging findings after radiofrequency ablation (RFA) of hepatic malignant tumors and differentiation of abnormal findings from normal post procedural changes are important. Early identification of residual tumor or recurrent and complications can facilitate timely retreatment, management and follow-up. Spectrum of normal and abnormal post-RFA cross-sectional imaging findings was reviewed in this article. |
