护士对病人安全文化认知情况及安全文化构建

目的:调查某市三级甲等医院护士知晓病人安全文化的现状,为将安全文化融入到护理工作中提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查法对某市2所三级甲等医院护士进行病人安全文化的调查。结果:其护士的病人安全文化知晓平均得分为(3.28±0.35)分;急诊科、ICU和妇产科护士得分低于其他科室(P<0.05);工作年限为6～10年和11～15年2组的护士得分低于其他组(P<0.05)。结论:某市三级甲等医院安全文化建设基础比较好;建议重点加强急诊科、ICU、妇产科等科室的安全文化建设;注重中年护理人员的安全文化意识培养。

Investigation of patients' safety culture knowledge among nurses in tertiary hospital

Objective：To investigate patient safety culture knowledge among nurses in tertiary hospital.Methods：A set of questionnaire was used to investigate nurses in two tertiary hospitals about patient safety culture knowledge.Results：The average score of patient safety culture knowledge of them was 3.28±0.35.The scores of nurses in emergency department,ICU and obstetric and gynecology department were significantly lower than other departments（P0.05）.Meanwhile,the scores of nurses working for 6 to 10 years and 11to 15 years were significantly lower than nurses with other work age（P0.05）.Conclusions：The status of patients＇ safety culture knowledge in these tertiary hospitals in the city was acceptable.But we need to enhance the safety culture development of nurses in emergency department,ICU and obstetric and gynecology department.And middle-aged nurses should be paid more attention on safety culture training.
