| Abstract: | This paper introduces the background of the construction of informationization of the management, maintenance and operation of A-to-N in the coastal areas of China and provides some comments on its design. It discusses the informationization in the fields of design principle, method, database and the general framework, with a view to realizing the standardized and intelligent management of N-to-N service and information. |
