| 摘 要： | 目的观察Survivin、PTEN和GPC3在肝细胞癌中的表达,探讨其在肝细胞癌发生、发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学Envision法检测Survivin、PTEN和GPC3在40例肝细胞癌、40例癌旁组织及20例正常肝组织中的表达。结果 Survivin及GPC3蛋白在肝细胞癌中表达分别为62.5%、82.5%;显著高于癌旁组织（22.5%、5%）及正常肝组织（0）;PTEN蛋白在肝细胞癌、癌旁及正常肝中表达分别为47.5%、92.5%、97.5%,其在肝癌组织的表达水平显著低于癌旁组织和正常肝组织。结论 Survivin、PTEN和GPC3蛋白异常表达与肝细胞癌的发生和发展有密切关系。
